Returns

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- The product must not show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process it within 7 business days.
North Muse by Chloe Bennett reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Defective Items

Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Packages

A deduction of CAD $35 may be applied to cover shipping, handling, and administrative costs before any refund is issued.
